About The Position

Join our BEWS Business and IT Operations team as the Director, ERP & Finance Applications. In this role, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and operational health of BEWS finance and ERP platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business strategy. You will lead a product delivery team operating within a unified agile framework, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, various application and integration teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and high-performing ERP Platform and financial applications. This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience leading ERP or enterprise financial system platforms in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, billing, revenue recognition, close, reporting) and how they translate into system design.
  • Experience operating in product-based delivery models with agile methodologies and structured backlog governance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior finance and operations stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and optimizing software spend and lifecycle investments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of ERP and finance-related applications (e.g., D365, billing platform, financial close tools), aligning platform evolution with BEWS business strategy.
  • Translate finance and operational business requirements into prioritized backlogs, measurable outcomes, and clear release plans.
  • Lead and govern outsourced product delivery teams, establishing clear performance expectations, delivery metrics, and accountability to ensure predictable, high-quality execution within an agile framework.
  • Ensure ERP and finance solutions adhere to all appropriate standards, including SOX, data governance, and security requirements.
  • Partner with other IT product teams to enable scalable cross-system workflows and reliable financial data flows.
  • Govern total cost of ownership (TCO), platform performance, vendor relationships, and lifecycle investments for applications in scope.
  • Drive simplification and automation across the ERP and finance applications to improve accuracy, transparency, and operating efficiency.
  • Provide clear stakeholder reporting on roadmap, delivery commitments, system health, and value realization.
