The Senior Director of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Applications at Louisiana Tech University reports to the Chief Information Officer. This position oversees a team responsible for maintaining the ERP system, which is currently Workday, and managing the university's application systems. This position works closely with a variety of campus departments to ensure that the systems are functioning as intended and accomplishing the tasks they need to. This position collaborates closely with the registrar's office and admissions to ensure that systems are functioning correctly to support the instrument enrollment process. The team also works closely with the university's institutional research (IR) department to ensure that data is smoothly transferred between the systems. This data is essential for enabling the university's upper administration to make informed decisions. This position requires someone who enjoys collaboration and possesses strong communication skills. As a member of the senior IT leadership team, this role is crucial in ensuring that the university's IT systems operate effectively to support the institution's mission.
