NATURE AND SCOPE The Director, Enterprise Risk Management reports to the EVP, Legal, Risk and Compliance and provides leadership for enterprise-wide risk programs, including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Vendor Performance Management. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives risk governance, and influences organizational strategy through proactive risk identification and mitigation. The Director partners with department leaders across the organization, chairs the ERM Committee, and advises executive leadership on emerging risks, recommending solutions to minimize exposure. This position is accountable for developing risk frameworks, reporting risk metrics, and fostering a strong risk culture throughout the enterprise.
