About The Position

The Director, Enterprise Pricing will lead firmwide pricing strategy and execution to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and stronger pricing performance across service lines, industries, and geographies. This role blends hands-on data analytics with executive influence—building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and deal-level insights that guide decision-making and shape commercial outcomes. The Director will partner with senior leaders to align priorities and drive adoption through clear communication, field enablement, and scalable governance. The role will also own pricing performance cadence, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with SteerCo and service line leaders, and help embed pricing capabilities into enterprise processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related roles—ideally in professional services.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action—takes ownership, moves quickly from insight to execution, and drives results with minimal direction.
  • Hands-on experience building pricing models and working with large data sets and translating analysis into business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, or other analytics tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead firmwide pricing strategy, rate structures, and evolution of pricing policies across service lines, industries, and geographies.
  • Influence front-line Principals, Service Line and Industry leaders, and senior firm leadership on pricing strategy, deal economics, and actions that improve margin, realization, and growth.
  • Establish analytical frameworks to evaluate deal quality, pricing performance, and margin drivers.
  • Design, build and scale pricing analytics (KPIs, dashboards, reporting) to improve transparency and decision-making.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on pricing performance, insights, risks, and recommended actions with leadership.
  • Lead Voice of the Business (VoB) and Executive Steering Committee (SteerCo) on pricing discussions to align leadership on priorities, decisions, and actions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and client behaviors to inform proactive pricing actions.
  • Strengthen pricing governance, including deal review processes, exception management, and policy compliance.
  • Lead team of Service Line Business Partners to provide guidance to Service Line leaders and Principals
  • Enable scalable pricing capabilities through design, build and integration to Salesforce and Workday PSA.
