You will be responsible for the planning, operations, and maintenance of Enterprise Applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and other enterprise applications used across the organization. Identifies and promotes partnerships with third party vendors in support of CFHW objectives. Job Profile: Do you have experience with a people first approach in developing and managing technical projects? Are you adept at building operational partnerships? Do you understand how ERP, HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems relate to one another? Are you able to manage and engage hybrid teams? Do you have experience with managing critical vendor relationships to ensure robust, mutual representation and effective collaboration? Do you have technical skills that will help you support your team such as understanding system relationships? You Will: Focus on strategic projects that include the adoption, implementation and upgrading of enterprise applications. Be a supportive service leader by dedicating time to staff each day through projects and committees. Build your team and connect with them by holding two group meetings as well as one 1:1 meeting with each of your staff per week. Proactively manage the work of system and project dependencies as well as support the team to ensure projects are on track and focused. Compensation : Approximately $120,000 to $170,000 annually. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
