  • Lead cross-functional agile team - Direct and enable a team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs
  • Own backlog management and prioritization - Maintain team backlog health through continuous prioritization and refinement; make daily trade-off decisions to maximize value delivery
  • Facilitate core agile ceremonies - Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance reviews to ensure team alignment, clarity, and delivery predictability
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery - Hold team accountable for meeting quality standards, delivery timelines, and business value expectations
  • Build high-performing team culture - Foster an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment that promotes collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement
  • Drive consistency and best practices - Share learnings and best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in ways of working within the value stream
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships - Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with business stakeholders, technical leaders, and executive sponsors
  • Communicate with transparency and clarity - Proactively share progress, surface risks early, and clearly articulate trade-offs to enable informed decision-making
  • Manage expectations through change - Navigate shifting priorities and technical constraints with stakeholders, providing context and rationale for adjustments while maintaining confidence and alignment
