The AI Adoption and Solutions team leads enterprise artificial intelligence transformation that directly supports business strategy and growth. The team partners with business and technology leaders to identify, design and scale AI solutions that solve complex problems and improve decision‑making. Team members operate collaboratively as advisors and solution leaders in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.
  • 8+ years in client‑facing roles with artificial intelligence consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI consulting, AI solutions, innovation, transformation, implementation and deployment.
  • Familiarity with AI industry trends and use cases.
  • Solid understanding of business processes related to Asset Management, Wealth, Retail, Advisory, Retirement, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering artificial intelligence solutions and enterprise transformation.
  • Knowledge of asset management, wealth, advisory or retirement business.
  • Product lifecycle experience from research through go‑to‑market execution.
  • Excellent ability to convey complex AI concepts into executive-level business narratives and decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain business partnership and stakeholder relationships, effectively communicate and manage expectations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies, including enterprise AI, agentic AI, machine learning algorithms, data analytics, neutral networks, natural language processing and computer vision.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java.
  • Ability to translate complex artificial intelligence concepts for executives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in artificial intelligence or machine learning preferred.

  • Build and lead the AI Champions program across business lines.
  • Deliver training to improve artificial intelligence fluency.
  • Enable teams to operationalize solutions with clear ownership.
  • Measure adoption and value for executive stakeholders.
  • Track industry trends and provide internal thought leadership.
