About The Position

Entegra is Hiring a Director of Supplier Engagement. The Director of Supplier Engagement is a strategic leadership role responsible for rethinking and driving Entegra’s supplier engagement model. This leader will elevate how we engage with suppliers — moving beyond transactional interactions toward a partnership model designed to extract and create sustainable value for both Entegra and our supplier community. The Director will manage a team of engagement professionals responsible for categories spanning consumables, non-food, and service providers. The ideal candidate brings broad supplier-facing experience across diverse categories, a marketing-focused mindset, and a track record of building engagement strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes. This role also owns supplier growth metrics and revenue targets, serving as the primary link between Entegra and its strategic supplier partners to ensure alignment, innovation, and mutual growth. This is a remote opportunity with candidate residing in one of the following locations, · Mid-Atlantic: Atlanta (GA); Maryland; Washington, DC; Virginia. · Northeast: New York (NY); New Jersey (NJ); Pennsylvania (PA); Delaware (DE). · Midwest: Chicago (IL); Indianapolis (IN). · Southeast: Dallas (TX); Irving (TX); San Antonio (TX).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; significant related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 4–7 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, category management, GPO operations in the hospitality/food industry, or client/supplier relations.
  • Proven experience managing teams of at least four individuals.
  • Broad supplier experience across broadline, local, and direct suppliers in F&B and Non-Food segments.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a reimagined supplier engagement strategy that shifts Entegra’s model from activity-based interaction to value-driven partnership.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning with key supplier partners to align on growth objectives, capability investment, and program activation.
  • Build and evolve team KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting cadences that reflect supplier growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Manage ongoing supplier performance through Quarterly Business Reviews, engagement activities, and structured implementation frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships with strategic supplier partners across consumables, non-food, and service provider categories.
  • Champion a marketing-focused engagement approach that strengthens Entegra’s brand positioning with the supplier community.
  • Own and lead the Supplier Engagement team, managing individuals responsible for distinct category portfolios.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and supplier-centric thinking.
  • Establish consistent engagement standards and frameworks across the team’s category coverage.
  • Align with Client Services to understand customer needs and commercial program priorities, working closely with National Account Managers and Value Analysis Teams.
  • Collaborate with Supply Management to support and amplify supplier growth strategy.
  • Act as a bridge between supplier partners and Entegra’s Client Services team, ensuring commercial programs translate into measurable client outcomes.
  • Develop, own, and achieve metrics associated with supplier growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify client cost savings and performance improvement opportunities while increasing preferred supplier program revenue.
  • Partner with Finance and Strategy to build business cases for supplier investment and joint growth initiatives.
  • Create and manage end-to-end implementation of supplier engagement initiatives in partnership with Activation, Data, Supply Management, and strategic supplier partners.
  • Drive cross-functional accountability to ensure supplier programs are activated at scale and on schedule.
