Job Summary Analyzes the effectiveness of current business processes to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement | Designs, develops or participates in the optimization of business objectives. | Develops proposals for further development of the organization to support the business strategy Impact of the Role General Profile Recognized as an expert within the company and requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline and broad knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business Contributes to the development of organization functional strategy Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Functional Leadership Determines professional/ technical approaches and strategies for own function Develops policies and procedures for own function, in line with overall organization strategy Has responsibility for the function and reports to the site/ SBU head (and/ or to a Home Office functional leader).

Requirements

Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement options effectively.
Conducts periodic status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress.
Drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals.
Develops and directs reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership.
Executes and enables an organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function.
May analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital.
