Job Summary Analyzes the effectiveness of current business processes to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement | Designs, develops or participates in the optimization of business objectives. | Develops proposals for further development of the organization to support the business strategy Impact of the Role General Profile Recognized as an expert within the company and requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline and broad knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business Contributes to the development of organization functional strategy Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Functional Leadership Determines professional/ technical approaches and strategies for own function Develops policies and procedures for own function, in line with overall organization strategy Has responsibility for the function and reports to the site/ SBU head (and/ or to a Home Office functional leader).

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement options effectively.
  • Conducts periodic status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress.
  • Drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals.
  • Develops and directs reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership.
  • Executes and enables an organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function.
  • May analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital.
