Provide clear, practical, and risk-balanced guidance on sensitive employee relations issues, executive matters, reorganizations, reductions in force, workforce strategy, and organizational change. Anticipate legal and reputational risks and proactively recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and Company values. Oversee employment litigation and agency matters and efficiently manage outside counsel. Provide legal guidance on risk, implementation, and responsible and compliant use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools throughout the employment life cycle. Develop and deliver training to leaders, HR partners, and investigations teams on employment law risk, compliance expectations, and best practices. Serve as the primary legal advisor to Employee Relations and investigations teams across the Americas.
