About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic leader to join our People Team as the Director, Employee Success. This is a leadership role designed for a "builder" who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and the daily employee experience. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the end-to-end talent strategy for our most critical business units, ensuring that our people's growth and organizational design are as innovative as our technology. You will lead, manage, and scale a team of Employee Success Business Partners ensuring that Crusoe remains a world-class employer as we continue our rapid global expansion. Your mission is to build a highly resilient organization where employee retention, leadership excellence, and operational efficiency drive our competitive advantage in the AI and energy infrastructure space.

  • Industry Depth: You bring specific experience managing diverse employee populations, including software engineers, data center technicians, and construction/unionized labor.
  • Commercial & Technical Mindset: You treat "People Success" like a product. You are comfortable with technoeconomic modeling, data analytics, and using HRIS/BI tools to prove the ROI of people initiatives.
  • High-Intensity Leadership: You thrive in high-trust, high-accountability environments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and possess a "bias towards action" during rapid-fire decision-making.
  • Elite Communication: You can distill complex organizational issues into "decision-grade" memos for the Board and Executive team.
  • Global Perspective: You have a deep understanding of international labor markets and have managed employee success across North America, Europe, and emerging markets.
  • 12+ years in HRBP, Employee Relations, or People Operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and building a People organization from the ground up.
