This is a leadership role designed for a "builder" who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and the daily employee experience. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the end-to-end talent strategy for our most critical business units, ensuring that our people's growth and organizational design are as innovative as our technology. You will lead, manage, and scale a team of Employee Success Business Partners ensuring that Crusoe remains a world-class employer as we continue our rapid global expansion. Your mission is to build a highly resilient organization where employee retention, leadership excellence, and operational efficiency drive our competitive advantage in the AI and energy infrastructure space.
