About The Position

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of educational initiatives that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of healthcare professionals. You will develop and implement strategic education programs based on needs assessments and gap analyses, ensuring maximum impact and alignment with organizational goals. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and strategic partners, supporting both business and educational objectives. You will also oversee grant-supported initiatives, optimize educational program delivery, and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or managing grant/educational funding of $5M+
  • In-depth knowledge of ACCME, ACPE, ANCC, Joint Accreditation, and other relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Proven project management, time management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in decentralized, cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, goal-setting, performance management, and fostering top talent
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for conferences, meetings, and educational events
  • Proficiency with internet-based educational tools and technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall educational strategy for the business unit, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve healthcare professional competence and confidence
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with top accounts, supporters, and partners to achieve funding and education goals
  • Lead grant-supported initiatives, ensuring achievement of financial objectives and industry-standard win rates
  • Integrate insights from research, patient management practices, and supporter interests to design high-impact educational programs
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to inform strategy and program development
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and alignment with organizational mission
