Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Business, Education, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline field
  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
  • Special Skill Requirements: (1) communicating with Technical, Business and C Level stakeholders; (2) working in iPaaS/SaaS organization (two years); (3) documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes; (4) building, coaching and mentoring teams; (5) operating models, SDLC, security and governance in large enterprises (two years); (6) key applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, Databases (two years); . Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. May travel to various, unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive education and training strategy to enable our customers and partners to maximize the value of our platform.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality educational materials, including tutorials, documentation, videos, and webinars, to support learning and adoption.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of different user segments, including end-users, administrators, developers, and partners.
  • Lead and manage a team of Partner Solution Consultants and Architects, Instructional Designers, Program Managers and Trainers.
  • Establish certification programs to validate the expertise of users and partners, driving proficiency and credibility within the Workato community.
  • Collaborate with the partner team to enable our partner ecosystem, providing them with the resources, tools, and support needed to effectively sell, implement, and support Workato solutions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of education, training, and partner enablement initiatives.
  • Be a Workato evangelist demonstrating how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries.
  • Manage, recruit, coach, mentor and enable the team.
  • Work with local leaders from across the Partner Sales & Customer Success organizations to develop a strategy and plan to deliver growth and ongoing partner success with our partner ecosystem.
  • Lead the team in setting and achieving quarterly objectives to improve internal processes, develop subject matter expertise and promote knowledge sharing and reusable asset contribution in the team.
  • Educate concerning business, technical, and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including partner executives, developers, architects, IT operations professionals, and senior IT management.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, identify opportunities for Workato platform enhancements and accelerate development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements.
  • Define and drive operational efficiencies through overall processes, metrics and dashboards while working with the partner ecosystem to ensure timely delivery and growth.
  • May travel to various, unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
