The National Duals Program Office is the driving force within Aetna’s Medicare Organization’s Duals Centers of Excellence that sets the strategy for the company’s Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) program and manages its Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP) program and Special Needs Plan (SNP) training. As the Lead Director of Duals Program Office Oversight & Coordination, you will support the Executive Director of the National Duals Program Office in the national leadership of D-SNPs (Coordination-Only, Fully Integrated and Highly Integrated), I-SNPs, and SNP training. This includes a focus on day-to-day priorities as well as strategic planning and collaboration. This includes keeping abreast of regulatory policies, internal Medicare and Medicaid alignment priorities, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services annual bid process, D-SNP request for proposal (RFP) processes, SNP training development, and other areas, as necessary, to support moving the business forward. As the Lead Director of National Duals Program Office Oversight & Coordination, you will work to gain consensus with a variety of internal stakeholders to support the Executive Director with creating and advancing strategy and consult with local market Medicare leaders to help them make informed decisions that will impact their D-SNP books of business and overall Medicare P&L.
