The Director, DTC Growth & Acquisition will build, launch, and scale one of Ivím Health’s supplement product lines from the ground up. This is a highly autonomous, results-driven role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is accountable for outcomes. You will operate as the GM of your product line, owning growth strategy, channel execution, experimentation, revenue performance, and unit economics. With access to an activation budget and the ability to build a lean network of agencies and contractors, you will identify high-impact growth levers, run rapid tests, and scale what works. This role is ideal for a full-stack DTC growth leader with experience bringing consumer or wellness products from concept to scale, and who is comfortable owning acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability. This is a high-visibility role within the Marketing organization with direct exposure to executive leadership and clear accountability for results.
