About The Position

The Director, DTC Growth & Acquisition will build, launch, and scale one of Ivím Health’s supplement product lines from the ground up. This is a highly autonomous, results-driven role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is accountable for outcomes. You will operate as the GM of your product line, owning growth strategy, channel execution, experimentation, revenue performance, and unit economics. With access to an activation budget and the ability to build a lean network of agencies and contractors, you will identify high-impact growth levers, run rapid tests, and scale what works. This role is ideal for a full-stack DTC growth leader with experience bringing consumer or wellness products from concept to scale, and who is comfortable owning acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability. This is a high-visibility role within the Marketing organization with direct exposure to executive leadership and clear accountability for results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, or acquisition leadership
  • Proventrack recordscaling consumer, subscription, or wellness products
  • Experience building growth engines from 0→1 and scaling efficiently
  • Strong understanding of unit economics, funnel performance, and attribution
  • Experience managing agencies or contractor teams
  • Deep knowledge of DTC acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, influencers, affiliates, email/SMS, SEO)
  • Experience with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, dashboards, attribution platforms)
  • Hands-on experience with landing page builders, CRO tools, and creative testing
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Highly autonomous with a strong ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for a dedicated supplement product line
  • Operate as the product GM, responsible for revenue performance, budget allocation, and unit economics
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy including positioning, pricing, packaging, and channel mix
  • Establish growth targets and success metrics aligned to CAC, LTV, ROAS, and profitability
  • Identify, test, and scale high-impact acquisition channels including paid social, paid search, influencers, affiliates, SEO, email/SMS, partnerships, and emerging channels
  • Run rapid experimentation cycles: hypothesis, launch, measure,scaleor sunset
  • Prioritize ruthlessly to focus on strategies that deliver measurable growth
  • Develop creative acquisition strategies that differentiateIvímin a competitive DTC landscape
  • Build andoptimizefull-funnel acquisition campaigns from first touch through conversion
  • Improve conversion rates through landing page optimization and CRO best practices
  • Partner with Lifecycle and Product teams to drive retention, repeat purchase, and LTV growth
  • Identifyopportunities to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
  • Manage acquisition spend with clear accountability to CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets
  • Build andmaintaintracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure
  • Analyze channel performance, funnels, cohorts, and unit economics to inform decisions
  • Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to the CMO and executive stakeholders
  • Build and manage a lean network of agencies, freelancers, and contractors
  • Set clear expectations, define deliverables, and hold partners accountable to performance
  • Balance hands-on execution with outsourced support as needed
  • Partner with Brand, Content, Product, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Ensure all growth initiatives and claimsremaincompliant with healthcare and supplement advertising regulations
  • Share learnings and best practices across the broader Marketing organization
