The Director Distribution Data Officer is a senior leadership role accountable for ensuring data quality, accessibility, and governance within the Distribution data domain and its sub-domains. This role functionally manages data steward squads, ensuring that data governance practices are implemented effectively, and domain data is structured to meet business needs. The Distribution Data Officer serves as the primary leader responsible for executing the enterprise data strategy within their domain, aligning data capabilities with business objectives, building strong relationships with business users, and driving operational excellence in data governance adoption. As a key member of the Data Operating Council (DOC), this role contributes to the overall data strategy, ensuring domain-specific goals and inputs are factored into broader organizational initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that domain data assets are well-governed, high-quality, and strategically aligned with business needs, while also contributing to the enterprise data strategy at the highest level.
