JOB PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Student Services and Special Programs, the Director, Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS) oversees accommodations and services for students with disabilities, manages program budgets, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. This role promotes accessibility and professional development across campus, leads professional development, and serves as the campus lead for deaf and hard of hearing services for DSPS students. The Director is responsible for coordinating and organizing the DSPS Office and High-Tech Center (HTC), including scheduling and reviewing office activities. Additionally, the position supervises and evaluates assigned staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services.
