About The Position

The Director of Direct Sales will lead ZM Trucks’ direct-to-customer sales channel, focusing on digital platforms, corporate fleets, and retail customers. This role is critical for building a seamless, customer-centric buying experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in direct sales leadership, preferably in automotive, commercial vehicles or tech-driven industries (SaaS)
  • Expertise in e-commerce, CRM systems, and digital marketing integration.
  • Strong analytical and customer experience focus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute direct sales strategies across digital and physical channels.
  • Optimize the online sales funnel and customer journey.
  • Partner with marketing to create campaigns that drive direct conversions.
  • Manage pricing, inventory, and fulfillment for direct sales.
  • Track performance and KPI’s for assigned SDR’s and regional sales representatives
  • Manage compensation plans and motivate a high performing team
