About The Position

The Director of Digital Marketing will own the strategy and execution of all digital guest engagement and growth initiatives for Bagel Brands. This role is accountable for driving digital revenue, enhancing the end-to-end guest journey, and delivering measurable results across paid media, digital platforms and off-premise channels. The Director will work cross-functionally with IT, Analytics, and Operations to deliver seamless digital experiences, while managing agency and vendor relationships to ensure innovation, efficiency, and measurable results. This role will be instrumental in guiding digital system transformations, ensuring smooth adoption internally and a seamless experience for guests.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in QSR, fast casual, retail, or consumer-facing industries
  • Proven success driving growth through paid media, digital platform optimization and guest journey enhancement
  • Strong product management skills with experience owning web/app platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools
  • Skilled in budget management, vendor/agency oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Analytics, and Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to link digital strategy to commercial outcomes, including sales growth, retention, and lifetime value
  • Experience leading digital transformations and managing omnichannel experiences that bridge marketing, technology, and operations
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • MS Office product proficiency (including Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint)
  • Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital strategy and execution across paid media, web/app, CRM, and guest engagement platforms to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while delivering a cohesive guest experience across digital, in-restaurant, and community touchpoints
  • Own the paid media strategy (including digital display, social, SEM, and programmatic), ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI, and alignment with brand and commercial goals
  • Partner with IT and Analytics as the business lead for digital platforms (web and app), shaping the product roadmap, contributing to vendor evaluations and system transitions, optimizing user experience and conversion, and leveraging data to measure success and inform enhancements
  • Establish best practices for funnel analysis, reporting, and campaign measurement to track performance against traffic, sales, and engagement targets
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging technologies and platforms to strengthen Bagel Brands’ digital ecosystem and competitive edge
  • Lead, coach, and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data fluency
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver best-in-class execution and results
