We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and highly collaborative Digital Experience Strategy Director to lead a team to shape the next generation of digital and onsite attendee experiences across Salesforce’s event portfolio. The Director of Digital Experience Strategy and Operations leads the team responsible for defining and operationalizing the connected, personalized, and scalable attendee experience across all digital and onsite touchpoints. This includes event websites, mobile apps, onsite technologies, and the broader layer of intelligent, AI-enhanced interactions that support attendee success. This role partners closely with Strategic Events leadership, Product, Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and onsite experience teams. The director represents attendee needs, establishes experience requirements, and guides prioritization so that technology decisions support unified, high-quality experiences across the event portfolio. The role provides strategic direction, frameworks, requirements, and operational guardrails that inform the product roadmap and implementation work delivered by cross-functional teams. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and influence long-term technology investment decisions that shape Salesforce’s event ecosystem.
