WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As the Director of Digital Delivery, you’ll drive how BIM/VDC activities and workflows are planned, executed, and tracked across the entire project lifecycle. In collaboration with project teams and firm leadership, this position will provide the opportunity to shape, strengthen, and expand data-driven digital delivery across the entire project lifecycle: Project Planning & Execution: Ensure projects have appropriate staffing, clear deliverables, and BIM/VDC workflows and standards are implemented consistently. Project Reporting & Data-Driven Insights: Develop dashboards and reporting tied to model progress, coordination status, and project performance to better inform cost, schedule, and issue resolution. Pre-Con, Construction, and Turnover: Develop and oversee project-level workflows supporting model- or field-driven project intelligence (4D, 5D, etc.) Digital Tools for Delivery: Ensure staff are appropriately trained and supported as required for successful adoption of new tools, workflows, or technologies. Responsibilities Your focus will be on continuing to develop our team and capabilities, establishing BIM/VDC as a central unifying pillar across the entire project.
