Role overview Cboe's US Options business is seeking a Director of Derivatives Analytics & Execution to drive revenue and market share growth across our global derivatives markets. In this high-visibility role, you will leverage deep industry expertise to develop creative, competitive commercial policies that strengthen Cboe's market position. This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy — producing insight-rich analyses for ad hoc client requests, measuring client efficacy, and generating data-driven recommendations that shape critical business decisions. Success in this position requires exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, a strong ability to work with complex data and translate it into clear conclusions, and the executive presence to communicate findings effectively to senior management and external clients alike. Location: Selected candidate must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in our Chicago or NYC office.
