Open to Remote but candidates located in Richardson, TX and open to hybrid 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) are highly preferred. The Director of Deal Management & Renewal Operations is strategic leader who enables our sales team to close bigger, better deals faster. In this role, you lead the Deal Desk and Renewals Operations teams (consisting of seven members across the U.S. and the Philippines), driving deal analysis, operational efficiency, and cross-regional collaboration. The Director combines strong financial and commercial acumen with operational leadership and modern finance capabilities, including the use of data science, AI-enabled analytics, and emerging AI agent technologies to improve decision-making and process scalability. You ensure our sales organization is supported with smart deal structures, strong financial insight, and increasingly intelligent, system-enabled processes.
