Requirements

  • Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java, with strong coding and testing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy scalable models, ensuring ongoing model validation and lifecycle management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Expertise in data strategy, data quality assessment, and identifying appropriate data sources for business needs.
  • Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business outcomes.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Option 1: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 6 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 3: 8 years' experience in an analytics or related field

  • Oversee code development, testing, and validation to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable data products.
  • Guide data source identification, quality assessment, and integration to support accurate and actionable insights.
  • Mentor and develop data science teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate findings and influence data-driven decision-making.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
