We’re looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary — and reshape the future of building products distribution. QXO is a publicly traded company founded by Brad Jacobs with the goal of building the market-leading company in the building products distribution industry. On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector. We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry. The Director of Data Product Architecture will define how QXO structures, designs, and delivers data as a strategic product—ensuring it is usable, interoperable, and capable of generating business value across both internal operations and external commercial opportunities. This role will establish the architectural blueprint for domain-aligned data products, guiding how data is modeled, exposed, and consumed through governed interfaces, APIs, and shared standards. Operating at the intersection of data architecture, product strategy, and business enablement, this leader will shape the foundational principles of QXO’s data ecosystem. They will drive the adoption of data product thinking, ensuring each product is discoverable, well-documented, and built with reliability, scalability, and reusability at its core. In addition to supporting analytics and AI use cases, this role will explore external monetization opportunities—such as partner insights, market intelligence, and value-added data services.
