About The Position

As Director, Facility Operations Center (FOC), you own the strategy, performance, and execution of OCI’s centralized command-and-control operations. This role ensures real-time visibility, disciplined incident response, and operational rigor across a global portfolio of mission-critical data centers. Oversee the operations for one or more sites and teams within a region, setting strategic direction for performance monitoring, network evaluation, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement in close collaboration with executive leadership. Supports complex technical issues and implements advanced automation, incident management, and root cause analysis protocols to ensure operational excellence and knowledge base alignment. Directs new region builds and expansions, acting as the primary liaison with senior project teams to manage resources, timelines, and world-class standards. Manage all aspects of installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics, establish best practices for component upgrades, advise on significant purchases, and drive proactive maintenance strategies to ensure data center efficiency and stability.
