Overview: The Director, Customer Engagement & Development is a key member of the Marketing Team. The Director will manage a team of 5 Customer Development Managers (CDM) that are responsible for External Expert (EE) engagement and development, peer-to-peer education and support, key accounts, regional congress presence, and gathering business insights to support strategic brand planning. The CDM Leader will be responsible for strategizing and aligning with Marketing Strat Comm and Brand leads to ensure optimal pull-through of key training and educational initiatives, while delivering analytics and metrics consistently to help assess progress and execution. CDM leader will also collaborate with Region Directors and DNA team to identify opportunities for Marketing support within key Academic Medical Centers and private practices.
