The successful candidate will: Own North America’s Healthcare & Senior Living menu development and recipes. Co-owns Culinary strategy for Healthcare and Senior Living Operationalizes Culinary Brand Strategy for Lifestyle Brand and LTOs within Menu Builds Menu SME for marketing, sales & operational teams Establishes menu BTP goals with Segments and integrates into culinary strategy Implements Sourcing Innovation Strategy Within all Menus. Organize & Facilitate consumer trends, menu performance data and applies to continuous menu improvement process that leads to increased consumer satisfaction. Culinary SME supporting building, testing, and deployment of resident & patient dining menus. Ensures all menus meet budgetary requirements and tracks menu financial performance, recommending menu adjustments when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Strong culinary abilities (cooking technique & knowledge)
  • Experience incorporating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) within menu development (i.e. Plant-based, carbon emission reduction, food footprint reduction, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills, ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills working with multiple clients
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Nice To Haves

  • Patient & Resident dining culinary menu development experience preferred
