What You'll Do The successful candidate will: Own North America’s Healthcare & Senior Living menu development and recipes. Co-owns Culinary strategy for Healthcare and Senior Living Operationalizes Culinary Brand Strategy for Lifestyle Brand and LTOs within Menu Builds Menu SME for marketing, sales & operational teams Establishes menu BTP goals with Segments and integrates into culinary strategy Implements Sourcing Innovation Strategy Within all Menus. Organize & Facilitate consumer trends, menu performance data and applies to continuous menu improvement process that leads to increased consumer satisfaction. Culinary SME supporting building, testing, and deployment of resident & patient dining menus. Ensures all menus meet budgetary requirements and tracks menu financial performance, recommending menu adjustments when necessary What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
