Job Posting Pay Range Salary range for the position: $64,000.00 - $108,000.00/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. Requirements

  • Collaboration and teamwork skills and experience, including strong interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including experience with business process documentation, and preparing management reports using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis
  • Understanding of the basic principles of financial operations
  • College degree (BS or BA)

  • Power BI and Alteryx are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conducting process walkthrough meetings with Operations
  • Designing test scripts
  • Conducting testing
  • Reporting results
  • Compiling reporting for management
  • Complete various operational risk management tasks supporting operations
  • Coordinate external/Internal audits with internal teams and external auditors
  • Root cause analysis on risk incidents
  • Continuing education and training of risk management skills through training, both in the risk and control organization and the functional processing teams
