About The Position

Looking for a position that makes you smile? We're seeking a Director, CRM, to join our growing team. The Director, CRM is responsible for optimizing our contact strategy across the entirety of the patient journey to maximize patient engagement and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead and develop high performing teams
  • Ability to present complex performance data in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for non-technical partners or stakeholders to understand
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required
  • Eight (8) years of email & SMS marketing experience with an agency and/or large multi-brand organization required; dental or healthcare marketing preferred
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience required
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building journeys
  • Expert knowledge of email responsiveness design
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, build, implement, and lead the patient communication journey strategy from pre-visit through post-treatment across multiple functional areas within the organization
  • Drive high patient engagement with communications through consistent testing of new tactics and/or messaging
  • Develop reports to assist business partners with understanding the impact of the patient contact strategy and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Track the impact of email/SMS strategy on new patient exam show-up rates, conversion, and reactivation to ensure goals are achieved
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on non-marketing contacts and strategy, including Operations, Finance, and Field Marketing
  • Partner with IT and external consultants to build a robust data environment to support the patient journey strategy
  • Lead a team of CRM professionals, continuing to keep up to date on changing technologies and industry trends
  • Work with Salesforce professional services and/or third-party consultants to achieve development objectives
