We’re looking for a strategy leader to work directly with the Vice President of Strategy & the CEO’s Office to help shape enterprise priorities and drive execution on the initiatives that matter most. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role centered around on enterprise strategy, executive-decision making and measurable business performance. About the Job Your work will span core areas: Enterprise Strategy & Planning Lead long-term (SBP) and annual strategic planning processes across your function of focus Drive deep dives on priority topics (e.g., Men’s growth strategy, store segmentation strategy, summer diagnostic) Work directly with senior leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance Conduct analysis and synthesize data to answer critical business questions; develop frameworks, insights, and recommendations. Build business cases, define success metrics, and track performance Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform strategic recommendations. Translate strategy into clear priorities, trade-offs, and execution plans High-Impact Initiative Leadership Serve as project lead for complex, cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis through implementation e.g., Core Never Out of Stock Initiative Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, structure workstreams, and drive alignment and outcomes. Executive & Board-Level Support Support Executive operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, agendas, and materials Develop clear, compelling executive communications, including Board materials and C-suite presentations Synthesize complex analysis into crisp narratives and recommendations About You 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or a corporate strategy/internal consulting role. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize insights Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfort building models and executive-level narratives Experience in consumer, retail, apparel, or supply chain-heavy environments is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not required This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or a corporate strategy/internal consulting role.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize insights
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfort building models and executive-level narratives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer, retail, apparel, or supply chain-heavy environments is a plus
  • MBA preferred but not required
