Omada’s Corporate Strategy, Planning, and Business Development (CSPBD) team exists to partner with and enable Omada’s leadership teams to have a clear strategy and execute with excellence. In this role, you will play a leading role in: Corporate Strategy Development: You will partner with the Sir Dir of CSPBD to develop and drive the company’s long range strategy process, including working closely with the executive team to align strategic initiatives with overall business objectives. Integrated Planning: You will support the enterprise-level integrated planning process, including assessing competitive landscapes and identifying integration and growth opportunities and risks. Performance Monitoring: This role will steward a culture of transparency, effectiveness, and accountability through development and execution of a performance monitoring process. This includes establishment of OKRs to track effectiveness of top company initiatives and lead performance forums like QBRs. Business Development: This role will also help identify and execute on deals and novel partnerships that advance our business objectives in the short and long term, as well as manage and evaluate existing partnerships we have today. Cross Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. You will take the lead on key internal strategy and planning meetings and forums.Market Trends and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and develop analyses that help inform where our organization should head in the coming months and years.
