Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, supply chain, merchandising, or related functions
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional planning processes and influencing stakeholders
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• People leadership experience managing and developing teams
• SAP/IBP or comparable enterprise planning system experience

Nice To Haves

• Footwear or consumer products experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Inventory Planning: Own demand and inventory planning strategies across brands, accounts, and delivery periods
• Drive S&OP Alignment: Lead sales & operations planning and consensus meetings to align forecasts, inventory positions, and financial expectations
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with sales planning and merchandising to support account plans, assortment strategies, and in-season adjustments
• Optimize Inventory Health: Oversee lifecycle management, markdown governance, and end-of-season outcomes
• Develop Systems: Communicate performance, risks, and trade‑offs to leadership with clear recommendations
• Manage and Develop: Team of planners, fostering accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement
