Peraton is seeking a dynamic and operationally excellent Director, Corporate HR & Operations to serve as the dedicated HR leader for Peraton's corporate and functional workforce and to lead the company's HR operations and shared services function. Reporting to the CHRO this Director will serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to corporate function leaders — while simultaneously driving the operational backbone of the HR organization. This role requires a practitioner who is equally comfortable advising senior leaders on complex people matters and also rolling up their sleeves to improve HR processes, data integrity, and service delivery. Experience in a federal government contracting environment is required.
