The Director of Corporate Human Resources Business Partners leads HR support at the Store Support Center for multiple functions. This position is a key partner with the HR Centers of Excellence responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of HR Programs. The Director of Human Resources performs a strategic role by guiding leaders and providing Human Resources expertise in Coaching/Talent-Development, Compensation, Associate Relations, Organizational Development, Training, Talent Acquisition and Change Management. This role is responsible for supporting specific departments and/or functions at the Store Support Center and becomes embedded within the business to work closely with Senior Leaders on all HR-related issues with the support of an HR Manager. This individual drives HR programs and initiatives with functional leaders, placing considerable focus on change management, retention, performance management. The HR Director is responsible for embracing the company’s commitment to supporting our associates, customers, providing high levels of internal customer service and supporting company sales growth.
