Responsibilities
- Assist CDO with ongoing EMEA expansion: Foreign corporate entity set up and maintenance, UK office set up and lease finalization, KYC/GDPR requirements, Business insurance, HR and payroll activities
- Foreign entity accounting: Customer onboarding and invoicing, Vendor onboarding and bill payment, Bank account set up and reconciliations, Month-end close for all foreign subsidiary entities
- Manage CT Corporation - Overall Corporate Registrations – Texas and Other states
- Support VP Finance and CFO – NetSuite consolidations and other activities - as needed basis
- Assist CDO and Chief HR Officer with state tax payroll/withholding monitoring/compliance
- Support CDO with in-house legal and compliance support
- Support CEO / C-Suite – special projects
