PRADCO Outdoor Brands is a leading manufacturer of high-quality outdoor products for hunting and fishing enthusiasts around the world. Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, PRADCO’s hunting division goes to market under the following hunting brands: Moultrie, Summit, Knight & Hale, Code Blue, Texas Hunter Products, Whitetail Institute, and Ani-Logics Outdoors. On the fishing side, PRADCO operates more than 15 brands - including Rebel, YUM, Booyah, Bandit, Bobby Garland, War Eagle, Bomber, Heddon, Arbogast, Thill, Lindy, Whisker Seeker Tackle, and Great Lakes Finesse. This role reports to the President of PRADCO Outdoor Brands. It is responsible for leading all mergers and acquisitions and business development-related activities for PRADCO, and the successful candidate will have experience in the following areas: financial analysis, modeling, mergers and acquisitions, strategic analysis, business development, competitive analysis, project management, and due diligence. This individual must possess the skill sets to build and maintain strong relationships with internal PRADCO and EBSCO team members as well as outside partners such as business owners, investment bankers, private equity professionals, and legal advisors. Finally, this individual must possess very strong communication skills and be able to refine large amounts of data into clear and actionable insights. The Director– Corporate Development will be a member of PRADCO’s senior leadership team as well as have regular interaction with our parent company’s CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.
