We are currently seeking a Director, Contracts Management to oversee the Contracts Department’s processing of commercial (U.S. and non-U.S.) and government (U.S. and non-U.S.) contracts with customers, distributors, resellers and authorized service providers. The position is also responsible for managing the company’s Contracts Department, including its personnel, policies and processes. The Director, Contracts Management ensures the company’s proposals and contracts are reviewed, approved, executed and stored in accordance with corporate policies and standard operating procedures. The Director, Contracts Management is responsible for the daily assignment of contract review actions to members of the Contracts Department, managing workload levels globally among department staff members, and directly supervising Senior Contracts Managers in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. The candidate must have business skills/expertise in analysis of complex bid and proposal tenders, and the ability to interact with customers and lead contract negotiations. Additionally, the candidate must have experience managing subordinate Contracts Managers. The candidate will interact regularly with senior and executive management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers and therefore must be able to communicate effectively.
