Circana is looking for passionate client advocates with strong analytic skills to drive the adoption and advancement of Circana consumer and shopper solutions. You will be skilled in consumer and shopper behavior-based analytics, collaborating with our clients and internal teams to add value by applying insights gleaned from Circana extensive set of data/platforms. Seeking individuals with a natural curiosity and passion for insights who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This role will support Circana’s engagement within Center of Store Food & Beverage and will require data analytic skills to promote training and adoption of Circana’s new and existing analytic insights solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • 7-10+ years of CPG or retail experience with a focus on syndicated data insights
  • Experience with syndicated data or customer data required
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating syndicated data and analysis into relevant implications within the CPG industry
  • Proven skills summarizing or presenting complex technical subject matter for/to a non-technical audience; strong and well-rounded communication skills with the ability to consult with clients to influence thinking
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain focus and poise amidst concurrent and competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions that create value every day for the client
  • Drive usage and adoption of Circana’s analytic insights tools across the client’s marketing, consumer insights and sales departments
  • Successfully roll out Circana’s Receipt Panel and train the client, encouraging usage
  • Create business-issue related consumer & shopper stories in Circana’s technology platform, Unify+
  • Help train Circana’s AI on client’s specific business questions
  • Build sustainable client relationships and establish Circana as the indispensable partner
  • Serve as trusted advisor to the client, Circana Client Insights team, and Circana cross-functional partners
  • Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate analytic approach to educate the client, shape their thinking, and influence the decisions they make
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - track and organize multiple work streams against several client stakeholders and manage time and resources against changing priorities
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills including regular and proactive communication with the internal and client teams; present a professional image
