The Director, Region 56 Continuous Improvement team is a critical thought-leadership role that will develop strategy, participate in and lead cross functional workstreams, develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators, and support markets across several states. Reporting to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement for the West Business Unit, the Director, Region 56 Continuous Improvement will support the Regional Vice President of Operations and other business partners in ensuring the Ethics & Compliance strategy for Region 56 is effective and relevant in addressing the unique challenges of the business. What you'll do... Monitor compliance and ethics processes for potential gaps, recommend and develop strategies for addressing those gaps Identify compliance risks and mitigate them Oversee the development of the strategy for new or changing regulatory requirements by leading the research and analysis of applicable laws and regulations Participate in committees and webinars to stay up to date on changes to the business Determine the impact of regulatory changes to the business Develop strategies to address current regulatory requirements and the upcoming changes to those requirements Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop training programs for stakeholders and collaborate with stakeholders to drive implementation of new programs Benchmark industry best practices and align compliance programs with the business strategy Evaluate and report on key performance metrics for compliance programs for area of focus Communicate corporate positions on various overarching issues by reconciling research into refined message for review; formalize statements in response to issues and concerns; and present impact statements to leadership Analyze costs and forecasts and incorporate them into business plans; determine and support resource requirements; evaluate operational processes; measure outcomes to ensure desired results; identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities; promote a customer environment; and demonstrate adaptability and sponsor continuous learning What you’ll bring: Experience collaborating across the workplace with a teamwork mentality Driven to execute and to act quickly Process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency and effectiveness Strong communication skills and experience with senior leadership and stakeholders Strong understanding of operations and can integrate ethics & compliance into operational ways of working The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role. The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
