About The Position

As a Director of Compensation, you will be a member of the Enterprise Compensation Executive Compensation and Shareholder Services team. In this role you will help lead the strategy, analysis, and implementation of our executive compensation programs across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or equivalent
  • 8 years of experience in compensation/sales compensation and/or finance/business preferred
  • Strong executive presence
  • Ability to work across a large organization and implement quickly against multiple priorities
  • Ability to build relationships and consult with all levels of the organization
  • Strong program/project management skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep analytical skills with an ability to break down complex questions / data into well-structured analyses, and synthesize key points
  • Effectively manage concurrent programs, processes and initiatives collaborating with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders and have a proven ability to think end-to-end about the work to be implemented.
  • Expertise, confidence, and skill to develop and deliver formal and informal reports, presentations, and communications to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring share programs governance and adherence, including consulting with executives on their specific share holdings
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills across the compensation function, HR, legal, accounting, tax and external vendors.
  • Collaborating and effectively communicating with enterprise partners including BU Compensation, HR, accounting, legal and tax
  • Using excel, tableau and other tools to critically analyze and model data to create executive presentations with summaries of current and trended information.
  • Identify potential issues and improvements in all aspects of your work, including data issues and process gaps
  • With limited oversight leads multiple, complex, projects.
  • Attends and/or delivers internal presentations to update partners on projects/programs.
  • Participates in cross-functional committees and builds consensus.
  • Working with highly confidential information while maintaining complete discretion
  • lead the compensation functional communications, engage with executives that have share program inquiries and process related changes, and lead the team on executive projects and analytical requests.
