The Crown Is Yours The Director of Compensation will be at the forefront of shaping DraftKings’ global compensation strategy. Working closely with the VP, Total Rewards, this leader will help identify and drive initiatives to provide fair and equitable pay to all of DraftKings' employees. The Director will assist in designing, implementing, and administering compensation policies, programs, and processes. The Director will build collaborative partnerships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other key stakeholders in the business to deliver innovative solutions for compensation, total rewards, and broader HR initiatives.
