The company is searching for a Director of Communications and Public Affairs for its Vision team, located in Jacksonville, FL. The Vision team focuses on innovation at the intersection of biology and technology to develop next-generation vision treatments, aiming to improve and expand possibilities for eye care professionals and patients to protect, correct, and enhance healthy sight for life, addressing needs from pediatric to aging eyes. The Director, Communications & Public Affairs, Vision, Americas, is responsible for developing and executing integrated public affairs and communications strategies that support Vision business priorities, enhance corporate reputation, and engage employees. This role serves as a key strategic advisor to Vision leadership and partners closely with the wider Communications and Public Affairs team, Government Affairs & Policy, Strategic Customer Groups, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
