We believe that obexelimab’s unique mechanism of action and self-administered, subcutaneous injection regimen may broadly and effectively address the pathogenic role of B cell lineage in chronic autoimmune disease. Orelabrutinib is a potentially best-in-class, highly selective CNS-penetrant, oral, small molecule Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitor with the potential to address compartmentalized inflammation and disease progression in Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Zenas’ earlier stage programs include a preclinical, potentially best-in-class, oral, IL-17AA/AF inhibitor, and a preclinical, potentially best-in-class, oral, brain-penetrant, TYK2 inhibitor. Position Summary: The Commercial Supply Chain Planning and Operations Director will play a pivotal role in leading commercial planning and execution for Zenas’ first commercial product in the U.S. and the EU. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end commercial supply plans, production schedules, and inventory strategies to ensure seamless product availability at launch and beyond. In addition, this individual will lead cross-functional launch planning and readiness activities to ensure operational and supply chain readiness for successful product launch in both the U.S. and EU. This role will collaborate closely with Commercial, Technical Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, and Finance, as well as external partners and CDMOs. The successful candidate will actively lead and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the commercial portfolio, develop and maintain performance metrics, and lead scenario modeling to optimize supply strategies aligned with regulatory filings, market forecasts, and business objectives
