This is a hybrid position going into the Boston, MA office 2x per week (Tuesday and Thursday) Position Summary: Rhapsody is seeking a high-caliber commercial operator to partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and help shape and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy during a period of rapid growth. This role operates with authority through influence and acts as a proxy for the CRO in key forums when the CRO is not present , ensuring priorities remain clear, decisions are made, and follow-through happens. You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to maintain momentum, surface tradeoffs, and drive disciplined execution. This is not a passive coordination role. When initiatives stall, data is unclear, or decisions linger, you are expected to step in using judgment, data, and persistence to re-establish forward motion.
