Legend Biotech is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Execution Lead as part of the Commercial team based in Bridgewater, NJ. Role Overview The Commercial Strategy & Execution Lead serves as a strategic thought partner and operational leader, driving execution of high-priority business initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across the Commercial organization. The role will report to SVP, Head of Commercial and will act as an extension of the SVP. The position will oversee strategic planning, 4DX execution, foster cross-functional alignment, and enable efficient operations across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, External Engagement, Commercial Assessment, and Commercial Operations. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in leadership, strategic execution, project management, and operational excellence, with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
