Job Title Director Cloud Security Engineering About your role: You will lead the charge in protecting sensitive data and safeguarding our clients' information by driving our cybersecurity engineering initiatives. You will be pivotal in designing and implementing advanced security measures, ensuring our systems, data, and infrastructure are resilient to potential threats. Leading a dedicated team of cybersecurity engineers, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deploy robust security solutions that meet the highest standards of protection and compliance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity
  • 4+ years of experience with PAM and IAM principles and technologies, including CyberArk
  • 4+ years of experience with authentication tools and protocols such as SAML and PingID
  • 4+ years of experience with DLP tools like Forcepoint or Broadcom
  • 4+ years of experience with endpoint management tools like CrowdStrike or Tanium
  • 4+ years of experience with encryption tools like PKWAR
  • 4+ years of experience leading teams
  • 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar certifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for cybersecurity engineering efforts across the organization.
  • Assess security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices across all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review security data and tool outputs to identify control gaps, policy deviations, and threats to continuously enhance security controls.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of security processes and protocols.
