We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing Manager to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in New York - 4 days in office expectation per week. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Manages multiple teams and oversees a core operating area in Client Processing. Handles any/all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution. Responsible for resource allocation and for ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget. Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. Sets departmental budgets and conducts resource planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management.
  • Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
